About Vibrational Frequency

What is Vibrational Frequency?
By Ron Flatow & Maria Pologeorgis

The human body is comprised of cells also known as a cellular structure and/or memory within each cell there is a light containing information and that light contains a vibrational frequency also known as a living light code. Vibrational frequency has a relationship in how a person communicates and feels. The words and thoughts that a person chooses to use to convey his or her intension assists in either raising or lowering their vibrational frequency. If a person chooses to use empowering words this will assist in raising that individual’s vibrational frequency. If however a person continually uses vulgarity or dis-empowering phrases then the opposite will occur. Examples such as, I can’t do this, or that’s impossible, I cant handle it any more, I don’t care and life sucks. All of which reflect a negative perspective which over time affects a person’s core belief system. If you say it then you become what you say and you start believing it and you begin to adopt this as what you perceive about yourself and life. There is a direct connection to vibrational frequency and how our minds react by creating and releasing a chemical within our minds as response to what a person hears and or feels. Where by affecting the moods of an individual from violent to peaceful and vise versa, and can be compared as an idea in similarity to a person putting their hand into a fire.

Also music and television play a very big part in the motivation and stimulation of our vibrational frequency. Depending upon what is being played a person will experience either a high or low emotionally state. There are a number of tools that will assist in raising a person’s frequency. A crystalline Tibetan bowl, vibrational medicine cd’s, drumming and chanting cd’s are but a few. To give you an even greater view of how vibrational frequency works I will share an experience I had back in July of 1999. When I attended a conference given by the Dali Lama in New York City in Central Park I took a train in during the mid morning and headed for the park on that day the forecast was for heavy rain. As I got closer to the event I could hear chanting, bells and what sounded like a Tibetan horn. The skies were a deep purple and it felt like it was about to start raining. I found a place to sit and became mesmerized by the sites and sounds. There were six Tibetan monks on the stage utilizing chants, cymbals, bells and a really big Tibetan horn all of which were connected to large speakers. They played these instruments for an entire hour and within that time I watched as the energy reverberated in the atmosphere and through-out the park. That deep purple sky started to slowly open up from the center allowing the sun to break through. Everyone just started applauding; it was very emotional time large groups of people where all pointing to the sky everyone was just in awe watching this occur. This is just one example of what vibrational frequency can do on a large scale as a positive. I feel I have been very fortunate and blessed to have been able to experience on a multitude of levels very unique teachers that I have been guided to. One particular teacher I have known for close to ten years. She taught me quite a bit of information about vibrational healing and the connection between mental and emotional patterns, diet, how intimacy relates to communication. Her name is Maria Pologeorgis and she adds the following comments.

“Increasing our vibrational frequency takes deep commitment, integrity and love for our selves. We can increase our vibrational frequency through synergistic efforts of nutrition, exercise, deep full breath, meditation, clarity of intention, simplicity of righteous thought and compassion for life. Raising our vibrational level with nutritional upgrades begins by being conscious of the foods we choose and feeling the integrity of these foods. When we eat we take in the essence of the food source we consume. We literally ingest the thought forms, the emotional patterns and the consciousness of our foods along with the emotional and spiritual karma of the land the food is grown or raised on. When eating keep in mind the energetics of what you are consuming and a good guideline for keeping the energetics clean is to have reverence for all of creation and honor creator/creatress for our food and life source, and declare on the infill light I am light expand”.
